1. The Financial Analyst is a critical asset in managing and evaluating complex financial data and processes related to various financial businesses (Eg: Bankruptcy, Banking, Insurance, Loan servicing, Mortgage services, accounting services etc.). This position involves conducting in-depth financial analyses, assessing several artifacts, and providing strategic recommendations to optimize case outcomes for our clients.
2. Financial Analyst will collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with various laws and achieve efficient and effective resolution, all while maximizing value for our clients and stakeholders.
KEY DELIVERABLES:
1.Achieve the agreed customer service levels and performance metrics.
2.Ensure all processes and procedures are adhered to while processing.
3.Provide training to new joiners and resolve queries in a timely manner.
4.Responsible for providing data to team leaders/ process experts.
5.Responsible for documentation of the processes and updates periodically

Basic knowledge of excel & emails
• Prepares service report by collecting and analyzing customer information
• Answers queries by clarifying desired information, researching, locating, and providing resolution
• Previous experience in a customer support role
