Responsibilities:

• Maintain active communication with the consulting team and internal stakeholders regarding project progress.
• Collaborate with the consulting team to understand and analyze administrative requirements including:
• Scheduling meetings, training sessions, and coaching sessions.
• Managing travel and accommodation arrangements.
• Supporting invoicing closure and calendar management.
• Provide back-end support to enable smooth execution and implementation of client projects.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance productivity and effectiveness of consulting projects.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures.
• Drive operational excellence through KPIs and timely execution of SLAs.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience, preferably in consulting, HR, or operations.
