Job Description

Job Summary :

Major Responsibilities

  • Study of Type series concept, Type Series Booklet and other data sources for the products to be newly implemented in KSBuilding Consult & KSB Helps.
  • Communicate with appropriate departments viz. Design, Product Management and Variant Management to get clarity about details of selection and configuration.
  • Extend KSBuilding Consult & KSB Helps selection software to accommodate additional pump series using Spaix , a data maintenance tool (Import and export of data using .exe .vdma and .cef files), preparation of data tables for import.
  • Test the new Configuration and rectify errors, if any.
  • Processing of tickets related to responsible product types as planned (maintenance).
  • Support the team members in implementation of new products, change type of issues and bug fixing.
  • Conduct daily stand-up meeting to ensure work requirements are met and identify the gaps and plan action accordingly.
  • Planning of various project related activities in consultation with the department head.
  • Guiding the team members and helping them to resolve problems as planned
  • Monitoring project progress and reporting the same to the department head.

Requirement Profile

Formal education: B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

Professional experience: 5 to 7 years of experience

  • Independence of operation and reliable functioning.
  • Ability and willingness to work and lead the team.
  • Should have have good knowledge about selection process of pumps, also should be able to program the logic for the selection processes.
  • Programming knowledge.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good knowledge about pump design and selection.
  • Good knowledge of KSB Helps , KSBase consult Building (KSBs own Software for Sales selection)
