Your new role - exciting and future-oriented

.The R&D Project Manager is responsible for technical & commercial health of the R&D programs for Existing Product reliability & competitiveness and or futuristic programs on Siemens Energy decarbonization and sustainability vision.

.Plan and execute complete R&D program as per Product Development Process Meeting Product development requirements with defined resources.

.Strong regular alignments with all internal & external stakeholders.

.Ensure process adherence as per Product Development Process and Siemens rules and tools.

.Responsible for regular risk assessment and product safety requirements.

.Ensures Project documentation as per defined process.

Qualifications and Requirements:

.Mechanical engineer with MBA from premier institutes or master's from premier institutes like IIT's or MS from international institutes in Mechanical Engineering

.Strong project management background and proven track record of successful project management of programs in global working environment having cross functional team across the globe.

.12-15 years prior project management experience preferably in energy sector.
