About The Role

We are seeking qualified and motivated faculty members for the Department of Pharmaceutics. Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Academic

• Deliver high-quality lectures, practical sessions, and tutorials in Pharmaceutics and related subjects as per B.Pharm and M.Pharm curriculum.
• Guide students in laboratory work, seminars, projects, and dissertations.
• Develop innovative teaching-learning methods including use of ICT tools.

Research & Publications

• Undertake independent and collaborative research in Pharmaceutics and allied areas.
• Publish research papers in peer-reviewed, indexed journals.
• Guide B.Pharm and M.Pharm dissertations; co-guide/guide Ph.D. scholars (for eligible faculty as per norms).
• Apply for funded research projects and contribute to the institutes research ecosystem.
  
  

Administration & Professional Development

• Contribute to departmental activities including curriculum development, examinations, and academic planning.
• Participate in accreditation and quality assurance processes (PCI, NBA, NAAC).
• Engage in professional development activities, workshops, and conferences.
• Maintain active membership in professional bodies (e.g., APTI, IPA).
  
  

Assistant Professor (Pharmaceutics)

Eligibility & Qualifications (as per PCI norms)

• First Class B.Pharm with M.Pharm in Pharmaceutics (or equivalent specialization).
• Desirable: Teaching/research/industry experience, publications in reputed journals.
  
  

Associate Professor (Pharmaceutics)

• First Class B.Pharm with M.Pharm in Pharmaceutics (or equivalent specialization).
• Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years teaching/research/industry experience out of which at least 2 years should be post-Ph.D. experience.
• Consistent record of research publications in indexed journals and contributions to academic development.
