We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and support our Oracle Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) module. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud PLM (Product Development/Product Data Hub), and will provide both functional and technical support across implementation, customization, and post-production activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L1 support for Oracle Cloud PLM - Product Development (PD) and Product Data Hub (PDH)
• Perform hands-on configuration and customization support within Oracle Fusion PLM
• Conduct API integration testing and configure Oracle PDH application components
• Deliver post-production support and Hypercare services
• Create custom reports using Oracle tools
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues
• Execute and support Agile data migration processes
• Conduct quarterly configuration and patch validation/testing
• Analyze and prioritize support requests related to Oracle Fusion PLM configurations and customization issues
• Perform initial assessment and troubleshoot customization component failures
• Coordinate support for post-production and Hypercare environments
• Triage and resolve issues related to custom report generation
• Manage incident tickets related to Agile data migration
• Track and prioritize tasks related to quarterly patch testing and configuration validation

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud PLM solutions
• Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management principles and industry best practices
• Proficiency in Oracle PDH application configurations
• Experience in API integration and patch testing methodologies
• Proven ability in custom report development using Oracle tools
• Background in Agile data migration processes and tools
• Experience validating and testing system configurations and patches
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders
