Summary:

The Appliance Repair Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical appliances such as hair dryers, kettles, and other small electrical equipment used in the hospitality industry. This role ensures that all appliances are functioning optimally, contributing to guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Core Responsibilities

Diagnostic & Repair Services: Identify faults in electrical appliances, disassemble units, repair or replace defective components, and reassemble appliances to restore functionality.

Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of appliances to prevent breakdowns and extend their lifespan.

Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring availability for timely repairs.

Documentation: Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and standards to ensure a safe working environment.

Guest Interaction: Respond promptly to guest requests for appliance repairs, ensuring minimal disruption to their stay

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other maintenance staff to ensure seamless operations.

Essential Skills & Experience

Experience

Experience: 13 years in appliance repair(Electronics) , preferably in the hospitality

industry.

Technical Skills

Knowledge of electrical circuits, wiring, and components.

Proficiency in using multimeters, insulation resistance testers, and other diagnostic

equipment.

Skilled in soldering, component replacement, and system troubleshooting.

Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in electrical maintenance.

Understanding of various appliance models and their specific repair requirements.
