Job Description

<p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p><ul><li>Work with global cross-functional groups across time zones to implement new features and updates across<a href="http://adobe.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">adobe.com</a>web sites and drive the priorities for the assigned product segment</li><li>Actively participate in sprint planning and other squad meetings, and establish content and publishing plans</li><li>Closely work with US Production Lead in Jira story assignments and tracking, and coordinate the US publishing work during the IST hours</li><li>Collaborate with regional partners, in-country resources, etc. and ensure that regional perspectives are taken into consideration while authoring the content</li><li>Own the end-to-end life cycle of International workflow</li><li>Coordinate the localization delivery process</li><li>Collaborate with the Content QA team to drive QA priorities (US & Intl)</li><li>Coordinate with the Engineering team to automate the production work</li><li>Participates in the capacity planning exercise to ensure effective capacity utilization across BUs</li></ul><p></p><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>B.E./B. Tech/ MCA Degree, or equivalent work experience</li><li>Around five years of online content production experience, including web publishing and version control</li><li>Should have the experience of leading multiple concurrent projects</li><li>Good experience and knowledge of Web Technologies (HTML, XHTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript etc.)</li><li>Self-starter who takes initiative and is able to work independently</li><li>Ability to quickly comprehend dynamic enterprise workflows and process</li><li>Strong interpersonal and written communication skills</li><li>Ability to work in a geographically distributed team</li><li>Good understanding of Adobe Experience Manager or any other Web Content Management System</li><li>Knowledge of Adobe products and services would be an added advantage</li><li>Previous experience in web development would be a plus</li><li>Proficiency in a foreign language is an advantage</li></ul>
