Job Description

What you'll do<ul><li>Prioritize and lead deep dives into Adobe Creative Cloud data to uncover new product and business opportunities, including using machine learning to uncover opportunities</li><li>Partner with the product development teams and leadership to develop business strategy and product roadmaps based on analytical insights</li><li>Design, implement, and analyze A/B experiments to provide reports and impactful insights</li><li>Inspire the data science and product teams around experimentation and product insights</li><li>Work directly with the development teams on product instrumentation, product flow and data capture</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>Expert in SQL and at least one data science tool such as Python or R</li><li>Advanced proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker)</li><li>Experience in using machine learning models to gain insights and influence product strategy</li><li>4+ years of hands-on technical experience in a data analytics or data science role; 2+ years in behavioral data science for multi-platform SaaS products is strongly preferred</li><li>Experience exploring large amounts of information, extracting insights, and achieving real-world results</li><li>Ability to dig-in, understand the data, and to use creative thinking and problem-solving skills are musts</li><li>History of deriving and communicating insights from data analyses to product and/or business leaders</li><li>Degree in a quantitative field like statistics, economics, applied, math, operations research or engineering preferred, or related work experience</li></ul>
