Responsibilities:
1) Budget Management: Have in-depth knowledge of Event Production, especially in terms of in- house production of decor materials for events. The candidate needs to have a good understanding of different types of event production and also advice on ways to optimize production costs.
2) Regular maintenance of event decor materials and props & Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of All Kind of Event Fabrication, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
3) Have excellent time management and organizational skills Be enthusiastic & self-motivated, which means can work Independently. Resolve any last-minute issues and make quick decisions to adapt to changing circumstances.
4) Be able to maintain good working relationships with people at all levels , from clients to vendors to team members.
5) Assist and advise in the procurement, confirmation and management of production vendors.
6) Assessing fabrication requirements as per the event and ensuring the required items are ready prior to any event.
7) Understanding the detailed need of the client in terms of production elements required in each function.
8) Be present at the venue at the time of event and ensuring overall implementation of the deliverables.
9) Communication and presentation skills are a necessary trait Should be Street Smart & Have a positive and adaptable attitude Be innovative and creative to distinguish your event from the competition. Should be someone with excellent administrative skills Be able to handle a team & Possess an eye for detail.
10) Create detailed project schedules, timelines, and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
