He/She helps to meet monthly revenue targets. This is done by coming up with promotional packages to boost room sales and revenue. He/She has to create packages based on requests. He/She must also make reservations on other services as requested.
He/She should be versed with all packages and the up selling of products/services. He/She has to follow all policies and procedures. He/She also has to comply with quality assurance and standards.
He/She deals with guests adeptly and maintains confidentiality of guest information and property data.
