7. General office upkeep by managing the front desk clean, tidy and supplied with all the necessary supplies.
8. Organizing monthly Team Lunch, Daily Evening Supper and Refreshments.
9. Coordinating with Building Maintenance team for maintenance related activites.
10. Scheduling and coordinating with vendor for travel arrangements like flight tickets and other hospilatilities.
11. External Vehicle arrangements for official trips.
12. Import & Export documentation and coordinating with transporter.
