I, the authorized signatory acting for and on behalf of the organization registered by me, having its registered office/address as mentioned in the registration form, hereby declare, authorize, confirm, undertake, and state the following:

  1. The information provided by us on the website www.nsdcjobx.com is true and correct.
  2. The National Skill Development Corporation (“NSDC”) is authorized to use our organization's logo for its promotional activities.
  3. The minimum Cost to Company (CTC) for any job posted by the employer shall not be less than the applicable State Minimum Wage.
  4. In cases where the employer is posting an apprenticeship opportunity, the stipend shall comply with the prevailing apprenticeship governing laws.
  5. The employer shall not charge or solicit any fee or monetary compensation from candidates at any stage of the recruitment or placement process.
